Etsy - Poor customer service - Not enough staff to assist sellers

Star rating system supports buyers and not sellers. Received a 1-star rating due to buyer upset that the mailman delivered the package to mailbox rather than front door. The package was delivered to the address given by the seller. No request to leave a door. Dropped my star rating significantly. Offered a full refund to buyer as Etsy wouldn't remove the rating with agreement she would remove. She agreed, but neither of us could remove. Etsy help center said contact Etsy only they can remove. 7 days later, still waiting for Etsy customer service to remove or unlock so buyer can change rating There is no protection for sellers, and customer service offers very little actual support to sellers.

User's recommendation: Great for buyers, terrible for sellers.

remove the 1 star per previous emails or unlock so buyer can edit and apply this correct to my November star rating as it is now November 1st
