I just placed an online order and Chipotle Capitola would not give me my food.

I placed an online order and was charged on my credit card. After debating with the manager at Capitola Chipotle for 30 minutes he refused to fulfill my order because he didnt see the order on his end. I showed him my email confirmation and what the order was and he said even though I was charged I would have to contact Chipotle to figure it out. Left there being charged but not getting my food. Then, I try to call Chipotle customer service and theres no one to talk to. Incredibly terrible experience with Chipotle. And I watched them throw food away while debating. Could have just made the burrito bowl and considered it a throw away

User's recommendation: Don’t order from chipotle.
