FlixBus - Horrible service

I had a valid ticket which was not scanning because i was using my email i later came and downloaded flix buss app to get the help i need,mind you that the driver had already take 1500 from me in cash he dint want credit card or anything else just cash plus he was rud and selfish not minding that i was traveling with a child,after fixing my ticket on flix bus app he dint want to Scan my ticket and give me back the 1500 he took from me,this is the worst service you can give to a customer,how is it possible that you have this people working people who cant even reason,bad English cant speak Swedish nor German very hard to communicate,i was very excited ät first, but it later turned to dissapointment, and am I requesting for a refund because this is unjust unacceptable
