Uber - Poor GPS resolution causes problems

I have not heard anything back from Uber. The fact that the GPS location information is bad not only causes delays in being picked up but also generates waiting time charges for customers.

User's recommendation: Try Lyft or other competitors.

Evidence that the labels now being printed are fully legible..

Uber - Poor GPS directions given to drivers

There are serious problems with the navigation system used by Uber drivers. Please fix it--- Uber charges large fees to customers but gives only a small fraction of this amount to drivers--- Please use some of this surplus to fix the navigation system in Newark, NJ!! For example, I called Uber from the Seabra grocery store at 224 Chestnut St., Newark, NJ this evening but the navigation system sent the driver to the street/alley BEHIND the store-- the driver almost cancelled the trip. Another example is that when I call Uber from 2 Center Street, Newark, NJ, most drivers are directed to the large Performing Arts Center which is on the other side of a busy street.

User's recommendation: Consider using competitors.
