Uber - My order never arrived

My order never arrive and the person that has to deliver it, claim that I didnt answer when the truth is that he never came or even called me to my number after that Uber blocked my account and I can log in to make a claim and the phone numbers are out of service.

User's recommendation: Don’t use Uber eats.
