Discount Tire - Long wait with an appointment

Someone who had just came into the store received service before me and my appointment was way a head of him. I not staying it was a situation where a white was given service before myself, I am a person of color but it sure felt that way and look that way. After speaking with upper management they unsured me they have a policy against the mistreatment of a consumer based on color. Upper management stated they would investigate the matter. Not sure how that investigation turned out.
