I made a reservation with the Westin hotel in Dallas in july, for October, turned out my reservation went through reservation .com
In September my wife had a medical issue that required surgery to see if it was cancer, the surgery was scheduled for the same day as our reservation so as soon as I found out Ive been trying to get a refund for my reservation,,Ive made dozens of calls to 855-956-**** with run around responses and being told it was being reviewed, the call center said it was the hotels responsibility, the hotel says its Expedia's responsibility, the person who identified himself as Nice said if I got a confirmation number from the hotel that he would process my refund, I called the hotel and spoke to Ray who gave me 235**** and a rate code 36WC5E when I gave it to him he put me on hold for a long period of time and came back and said the billing department would not process my refund,,,
I would like to speak to someone who cares, I had to cancel my reservation due to a medical situation, I would appreciate my refund, thank you
