Verizon Wireless - I can’t get Verizon to quit billing me for 20 months after I cancelled my servic

I cancelled my service with Verizon in January, 2021. They keep billing me for some equipment maintenance agreement which I never asked for and I have talked with 4 people who said they would stop the billing and it keeps coming!! Now I cant get a live person in the phone. I am so pissed!

User's recommendation: Don’t ever need to talk with a live person, it is impossible!
