Regal Cinemas - Unlimited Subscription

Regal has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Not only is the information they offer confusing and inaccurate, the delay in response time is significant. My average response time with them for questions and concerns has been 5-7 DAYS. They closed their customer service call center so the only way to reach them is by email.

User's recommendation: Stay Away.
