Asurion - Was charged $300
My old Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra screen broke, and you sent me a new phone. I took longer than I was supposed to in the return process because I wanted to see if any store could access my pictures and back them up. No one could, so I just got the phone in the mail. Will I get my $300 refunded by chance?
