Pavilion watch UNIT 31 -Overcharging, amenities not addressing problems and illness due to their negligence. We arrived late on a Monday and the room was 80 degrees,I called the next morning and they said we already have an order that you called yesterday - I said we just got in last night.

They gave us the runaround 4 different times AT LEAST one time they said someone came to the unit and no one answered ( they did not!),after being given their previous address by the new occupants of the building they USED BE IN, I drove to their office, They said they are having trouble with the vendors and that AC unit has caused problems before. ( thus admitting they already knew it!) nothing was accomplished, they brought in a portable window unit that cools A ROOM( no AC IN BEDROOMS OR BATHROOMS!) it had a taped & split hose,The next morning when we got up it was blowing in HOT air FROM OUTSIDE because of the split tube, We were given a different unit than what I paid for ( and charged $278 too much!) put in a room with an air conditioning unit that they knew was broke, had a special needs child and it affected him! I had to take my adult daughter to an emergency care because she became so overheated! Which no words can explain that fearful moment .Had to pay that Dr.

bill! for that. Five nights stay with a room costing close to 600 per night and they offered $125 for an air conditioning amenity , no refund of being overcharged, no refund for Dr.

Bill, and especially no compensation for a room they knew was not air conditioned and dangerous, They never offered us another unit, and the times that we were even fortunate to speak to a person to ask anything we were lied to & promised it would be addressed. Spent the last day getting medical help for daughter & on the phone COUNTLESS TIMES with them STAY AWAY FROM VACASA!

I shopped at At home and bought a dog bed, I put it on my debit card. Went to return it and they don’t give cashback even though they take the cash out of your bank account because it’s a debit card. I was in line for a very long time and I still didn’t get my cashback. I won’t shop there again and I refuse to shop at stores that won’t give me my money back when I pay with money. Also this information IS NOT POSTED IN THE store ,on their website & the receipts. Hmmmmm.....
