Sony - Band account

My terminally ill son got his account band because of his younger sibling and dont will not in and it. My son has muscular dystrophy duchenne and is on his final stage and doesnt have much time to live. All he loves to do is play his video game. He was sick in the hospital for a couple months and while he was sick his younger brother was playing it and got it banded twice. Just disappointed with Sony that they couldnt do anything and we have spent a lot of money on his account over the years.
