Verizon Wireless - Updates interrupted normal access

An update was issued approx 4 days ago. My device has not worked normally since that time. It reboots at anytime, and this may take up to an hour each time. I'm certainly missing calls.

User's recommendation: Be sure of the origin of your update request.
