Amazon - Blink unresponsive

I purchased a Blink camera system for mother day 2020. I keep getting a error code telling me I need to pay for an subscription which I paid $100.00 ( annual subscription)twice and Im still getting this message. It cuts off my storage and camera access and I keep repurchasing the premium subscription . This is my third time contacting Amazon Directly and email and called Blink.Blinks USA customer service number puts you on hold for 3min and then sends you to a voicemail urging you to leave a email address. No one ever get back to or resolves this issues and if I elected call a merchant about theyre product I expect to get a person or call back not a freaking AI generated email response. Please help me resolve this matter.

User's recommendation: Donโ€™t purchase BLink Camera system due to too many glitches and no live customer service to resolve issues that an automated response from an email inquire can not.
