Away Luggage - Bad Experience With Receiving Luggage

Paid for new luggage, received used or previously returned luggage. Away sent a return label and stated they would replace the luggage, and I would get notification with 1-2 business days, well it's been 3 days with no shipping information, they are now not responding to my emails.
