Flixbus voucher

I purchased a return ticket from flixbus at the start of October and then I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I am supposed to have a valid voucher that I can use again to buy another ticket but I never recieved a voucher code. Im very dissatisfied and distraught.
