Wotif - Didn’t change date

I was due to travel on Tuesday 13th July but sadly we were told on Sunday that my brother who had cancer would not last the next few days. I rang the hotel and Wotif to see if I could change dates. I didnt want a refund just to change the dates. Long story short they said the voucher was redeemed and they couldnt change the dates even though I explained my situation. My brother passed on the 14th. I had absolutely no choice in the matter. I could not have travelled on those dates. I think it is the lowest of the low and I will never use Wotif again. Its disgusting.

Wotif - Would not allow change of date for a voucher

I was due to travel on Tuesday 13th July. On the Sunday we got word that my brother with cancer would not make the next few days I rang on Monday to see if I could change my date if stay but they insisted they couldnt change it as the voucher had been redeemed. I said it hasnt been used and you cannot expect me to travel at this time. My brother passed on the 14th. I rang on the 12th. I didnt want a refund just to change the date. I lost my money. They would not change it. I still cant believe it. I find this the lowest of the low and I will never use them again.
