American Home Shield - Unable to get service

Placed a service request on 9/17/2021, and I still do not have a vendor assigned. I have called customer service every day for the last 30 days and have been told the same scripted lines. This is a refrigerator. How is a customer supposed to live without it for more than a week? I'm living out of a cooler waiting for a repair. I paid my premiums and the 75.00 fees. I can't believe the way I have been treated. Poor customer care.
