FlightHub - Refund not received

They didn't give me my refund they said they did i connect with my bank my bank said there was no money coming from Flight Hub in my account and i believe my bank since they also didn't email me that they already deposited my money. This is a sort of stealing money from passengers. Flight Hub has a bad customers service they don't help you trace who stole your refund.
