Sony - My PlayStation was suspended

So I bought a PS5 on eBay and everything was fine until yesterday it singed me out and is said console is temporarily or permanently suspended. I want to resolve my issues.. Sony needs to get customer service that actually helps people with issues they had me jumping from place to place and at the end told me sorry we can no longer assist you
