Hewlett Packard - Pissed off

When trying to call technical support, I sat on the line for over 3 hours trying to reach a live person and it kept trying to force me to put a model number and hold music and again model number and again hold music than again back to put model number in again over and over for a simple two second call is all it would of took. Switching to better brand that can support there products faithfully.
