Gorilla Cases - Unreliable customer service

Ordered a phone case back in April, never received the phone case after 6 months, contacted them via email 3 times about getting a refund, they only respond for me to state my issue on why I want a refund and then never follow through, Either they say they will get on it and don't follow up, or they just don't respond to the email whatsoever.

User's recommendation: Do not order from this company at all.
