Hewlett Packard - Duplicate charge Company refused to refund.

Hewlett-Packard Computers registered my extended warranty on a different product number with the same serial number. Their system kept prompting of expired warranty status which made me to purchase duplicate warranty on already on a warranty machine. I realized this mistake and reached out to the customer care within the 30days of purchase, every time I attempted to speak with a customer they bounced me from one department to other over 4 months period. Then I disputed the charge with my bank which investigated this offered a credit, today I received (10/15/21) a letter from bank saying they are putting the charge back on my card because merchant says the charges are valid. User's recommendation: Do not rely on HP Support Assistant Warranty expired message.

User's recommendation: Do not buy their products or extended warranty.
