Bought a 2013 Model s to save. Obey, wanted a new Tesla but cannot afford one. Only 89,000 miles on car a Tesla service is quoting $28,500 repairs. On too on the $35,000 I just paid for the car, I could buy a model 3 sport edition brand new! I did my research and this was reviewed as a solid car. I was hoping to have a few years and save money towards retirement (Im 63). Now I have a Tesla lawn ornament I cant really afford and Im driving a motorcycle 100 miles daily for work. Also, I mentioned a noise from the car to the Tesla service department a month ago and they blew me off saying its my first Tesla, its normal to hear unusual noises. I need this car repaired or replaced placed as I cannot get it fixed as estimated by Tesla. Please help me find a viable solution so I can use my car again. Right now, I having nothing good to say about Tesla and 2 months ago, I thought it was an exceptionally good company doing amazing things! Verizon Wireless - On hold too long. I wanted to talk to somebody about switching to Verizon, but trying to get a hold of somebody doesn’t seem to be an easy task. Not something I wanna deal with

Waited on hold. I was interested in switching from AT&T to Verizon. However, it takes too long to contact Verizon. There should not be such a long hold times! I will probably stay with AT&T, even though Im not that happy with them

User's recommendation: Contact a different carrier. Verizon customer service is not user-friendly.

I would like to switch, with a deal better than what I’m getting with AT&T. Also, a number where I can talk contact Verizon easily without long wait time
