Verizon Wireless - On hold too long. I wanted to talk to somebody about switching to Verizon, but trying to get a hold of somebody doesn’t seem to be an easy task. Not something I wanna deal with

Waited on hold. I was interested in switching from AT&T to Verizon. However, it takes too long to contact Verizon. There should not be such a long hold times! I will probably stay with AT&T, even though Im not that happy with them

User's recommendation: Contact a different carrier. Verizon customer service is not user-friendly.

I would like to switch, with a deal better than what I’m getting with AT&T. Also, a number where I can talk contact Verizon easily without long wait time
