Hewlett Packard - I wasn’t happy after speaking with your support person. The issue with my laptop was a software issue that HP could have fixed.

My issue was my computer wouldnt load the software on my computer. This issue wasnt because of anything I done to my computer. Yet HP could have fixed the problem, yet HP could have fixed the issue without trying to charge me a fee.

User's recommendation: Help the customer and solve the problem.
