Sunny Delight - Cap not tight and no safety seal

I purchased Sunny D Tangy Orange a few days ago at a local supermarket. The taste was excellent but the cap was not really tight. There was no safety seal under the cap but the main seal was not broken. Either a customer loosened the top cap or it was not tightened properly at the factory. It is under refrigeration at 34 degrees now at my home. Edward Starr Consumer Advocate
