Lodha Group - Lodha is imposing unjustifed charges to provide possesion

I have unit at lodha upper thane, now they send demand letter and added some charges which was not pre agreed and informed at time agreemrnt. THey have put interest to me on for the delay from there side, along huge administrative charges which they dont want to discuss and want me to pay all to provide possession. They are not reachable at call for any customer service, once you write mail then they will call you as per their convenient time.las
