Verizon Wireless - It sucks
I have a payment due. It did not go through. I have a new card. I got transferred and it didn't help because the info didn't go through. There is help. They want to change my dollar amount. I like my plan. I am seriously thinking of changing my provider.
User's recommendation: Change to another provider.
