Resolved: Wellue - Does not honor Warranty

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

They no longer wanted to send me replacement monitors. So support sent me over to accounting and I got a refund.They ended up honoring their warranty.

Ordered a Wellue Visual Beats Heart rate monitor 9 months ago. After 2 months it broke. I sent it back and they sent me another one which broke after 3 months. I also sent it back thinking "what are the chances of getting 2 bad monitors in a row" After another 2 months the new monitor stopped working. Wellue has a 1-year Warranty on their product. They said NO MORE monitors. We sent you 2 and if you want another one you will have to buy it. Both replacement monitors failed within 3 months and since I'm still under warranty they should send me another one. When it works, it's great. All I want is a monitor that works and for the company to honor its warranty. Ken - without a working monitor
