I send 5400 dollars a month ago I recieved the wrong item I contacted customer care he attempted to get me to take the item any way with a slight discount the item is 2 thousand dollars cheaper so he intentionally send the wrong item and tried to make extra money off...

They could have sent me at least some of the money I lost or send me the correct item with a discount for my loss to help me during this covid 19 pandemic I did everything right why am I being treated this way
Amazon - I was given the Wrong item and it cost me money during covid 19 pandemic
I am extremely dissatisfied and I will be contacting an attorney the seller attempt to steal from me by sending an item that is 2 thousand dollars cheaper and offering a small discount the seller intentionally tried to trick me into buying the wrong item to make profit I had a gig for 1 thousand dollars I lost that money to provide for My family during this covid 19 pandemic it took a month to recieve the wrong item Amazon does not care about its customers or their wellbeing this was wrong horrible experience and I will be leaving the Amazon community after this
