Im unable to give a fair review because my product have not arrive and no one can communicate to effectively on where product is I ordered. The deliver date changed twice; October 9, was delivery date and as of October 12, Im still without my product.poor communication to the customer and if the carrier cant do the job effectively that vendors contract should be terminated. Poor communication skills equals poor results. Ultimately, Houzz is responsible for the poor service because they outsourced the work to a third party
