ATT - Customer service has no interest in quality improvement.

I was going to politely complain about frequent "commercial breaks" and a few other issues such as the huge number of adds, which make it hard to follow anything for more than a miinute or two. I had a call back after 9 minutes had passed. The Spanish-speaking lady said I had to contact the owners of the particular program that I found annoying. Obviously, she had no interest in customer satisfaction, and she said that the company had no department to pay any attention to customer complaints. Now I am going to look for other TV/wireless providers. David Wesner, Shaker Hts., Ohio.
