Morgan And Morgan - When you talk to a worker that said yes we can help you . then other workers guide you to give up and make you feel like they have your best interests in mind . by lying to you . out right.

I called and talked to 3 different people at your office the 1st 1 told me yes we have a special team for your case. But 3rd 1 told me no I'm not interested.

Then another 1 called me and he made me feel life he cared about me not driving so far. Kept telling me we don't have a office in your area. When I told him about Orlando and how close I am. He kept trying to persuade me no we are not here for you and it is too far.

Either you do want to help people or you don't. Don't try to Make people feel like you have their best interesting at hand by telling Ben you don't want them to drive too far and you don't have a office and there city. That's what he told me. Did not make a bit of sense to me so I hung up.

I guess you're workers are not for the people or they don't really care about who they're dealing with.

Yes I would love for someone to call me so I can explain more. Sign Highly Disappointed...
