Menards - Terrible customer service

The cashier put items that were sold in a different location upon check out. When I realized that I was missing the items (after I got home and unpacked my bags) I called the store. The front desk manager was terrible and said she would only review the video if I came back. So I went back and was told, "you checkout and took your items". However, I was not allowed to see the video, do not recall bagging the items, and they were not in my bags. I resent being basically told that was a liar and thief. I will be spending my money at another home improvement store from now on. *** MENARDS.

What do you mean "the cashier put items in a different area"? They scan the item and put them on a conveyor for you to bag. My guess is that you left a bag in your cart in the parking lot.
