BestValueAutoParts.com
I recently purchased a steering rack for my 1999 Pontiac from BestValueAutoParts.com. They had the best advertised price and assured me it was the correct part for my vehicle. The part arrived in a box without any packing material and was protruding from the box on one end. I made an appointment with my repair shop to install the part only to discover it was the wrong part. I emailed BestValueAutoParts.com to request an RA number which they gave me. I had to email them back a second time to receive the shipping instructions which they did send. I packed the part in the original box better than was shipped to me and sent to the address supplied. After waiting 2 weeks for my refund I tracked the package and saw that it was delivered and signed for on the expected delivery date. I contacted them again asking about my refund and they stated they had not received the package, asking me for tracking information. I scanned all the documentation and emailed it to them. I have now waited 9 days after doing that and still have not received a refund. I recommend you not use this company. They appear to be very shady in their dealings.
