Verizon Wireless - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service ever, If there was a way to give negative stars, then I would have. My biggest complaints are they never call back, they close the tickets without resolving the issue and also there app on the phone never works Their customer service reps would always write half notes and then the customer would face problems. Usually the wait lasts, and the call lasts for 2 hrs (The outcome is zero.) Their customer service teams more education.

My biggest complains are they never call back, they close the tickets would resolving the issue and also there app on the phone never works.. There customer service reps would always write half notes and then the customer would face problems. Usually the wait lasts and the call lasts for 2 hrs.. (The outcome is zero.)
