Uber - I need to speak with you customer service
What happened is I've been charged twice by Uber The 1st time it was a Friday last Friday Uber app was having an issue Where the guy should drop me that's where he went to pick me I was late that day to go to work so I told the guy to cancel that trip he canceled it canceled it and the money was out of my account and I did not take Uber that day The following days was Saturday I requested Uber why they was checking someone around me the money was out of my account it was $10 something so I called it my bank to resolve that problem because it was nit was not easy to reach over customer service that's the issue I have right now I wrote right now I request that Uber this morning to go to work and the claim my bank Did I receive the money that Uber took from my account so now I'm trying to request that Uber but they want me to pay them back that money how come you pay something that you didn't even use I don't take over twice and they're chagging me that's the problem I have right now I need to speak with someone if it's possible

Last Saturday I requested ui requested Uber while they was checking a driver around me the money was out of my account So that day nobody income to pick me it was my sister husband who come to pick me And I call my bank to report that issue issues so today I try to request Uber but they want me to pay that $10 that I did not use use that's all that is that is the reason why I am trying to speak with someone
