Houzz - Refusing to refund me for a merchant not sending product

I was charged over $300 for a product a merchant admitted they never sent. It has been 40 days since the merchant made a shipping label and I was charged. I have demanded Houzz issue me a full refund but they ignore me and just say they are trying to contact the merchant. Houzz is the one who charged my card so they should give me a refund so I can move on with my life and they can continue to try and get this from the merchant or file a claim with their insurance. It is so frustrating and suspicious.
