Epson - Poor customer service in giving advice

I have bought Epson WF 3825 in Sydney. It is working well. I bought high capacity black ink, 812XXL, to save cost in printing. The cartridge is however unable to fit in the cartridge compartment. I contacted the customer service which it directed me to a supporting entity called "JustAnswer" which demanded to pay $56 for solution. I paid it and expected a workable answer. Furthermore, I told the support adviser the area I bought the printer and the cartridge model. She checked and told me the cartridge model for the printer should be something else. However, I have checked from the user manual the model I bought is correct. The support adviser charges cost but giving bad answer. Very disappointing

User's recommendation: Do not pay for the support advice. Poor service.
