Square - Transfer problems

I have been trying to contact Square customer service since last week and there has been no response from anyone about my problem of transferring my money over to my account. My bank has been verified and it still will not transfer my money.

I need my hard earned cash and I do not need a company like square holding on to it where I can not have access to it. This is not professional that you do not have a customer line to speak to someone directly.

The same thing happened to me. I have a verified bank account.

Nothing changed, since I'm been using square for 5-6 years. But last week the first time I noticed that money wasn't transferring. It was pending...After 10 days I tried to call them. Finally after4-5 hours I was able to get a person on the phone.

Apparently they needed all kind of information to upload to them. Driving license, utility bills, Tax ID, business certification...etc.

So I did it, and now I am waiting for tomorrow if I will see my money on my bank account. Not a reliable company.
