Straight Talk Wireless - Havent received replacement phone or time card in five months

My phone was sent back to company through ups in October 2021. I just bought the phone 15 days before.

Walmart said it was a few hours past exchange. Straight talk said they would send me a label and ro go to ups and have phone shipped back to them and they would replace it. Ive been calling weekly as it is now January 28, 2022 and im constantly told 3 to 5 days. A few weeks ago i started taking customer service name and employee number.

This last time worker swore i would have it by january 28, 2022. No phone again today. I called and got hung up on three different times. Kast worker told me it wasnt shipped and wouldnt be here.

When i asked why i was told id be transferred and they hung up again.
I bought the samsung a 52 for almost $500. I also bought a 130 day phone card. I have had no phone service. No phone.

That was almost a $1000 i spent.
Im locked out of my bank accounts, my digital accounts, my facebook, my cryptocurrency and email accounts. This has screwed everything up in !y life. I dont know what to do.

I cant get anywhere witj straight talk.ive been a customer for 14 years. P!ease help

Straight talk has totally screwed me over. I have given them all the info required.i even gave them the number off my bank statement to prove my transaction that I sent them my phone to be replaced to their warehouse.

Their employee is whim sent the ups label to print and ship! I am still without a phone. They have not offered me my money back for the 14 day old phone , Samsung a51, nor the four month time I bought the same day. Almost a $1000 I am out.

I am still locked out of all my cryptocurrency accounts, digital bank accounts and my Hotmail! I'm losing more money left and right. I am experiencing homeless now also. I'm 48 years old and never endured this before.

People stop their identification authentication on your devices! Don't do it! Help! I need a lawyer!

Also future customers, they provide a link to talk to someone but then when I utilized it I was told they cannot help me I will have to call them!!!! So once again another deception from straight talk Terri Nix-Jeffries Person whom made original complaint

Cash App - Account hacked into

My account was entered somehow by a third party whom was utilizing a Google play app team connect by quick view.

The people made off with my regular currency, my stocks and all my Bitcoin I began buying when it was at $11,000.

The hacker hit me on Martin Luther King Jr day (Jan 2021) . I sent support the message and assumed they would be able to block the hackers from taking my stocks and shares too, and stop the action of my bitcoin being sold off.

I was ghosted by cash app but when u didn't give up they bombarded me with 500 support agents wanting the answers to the same questions - which I would answer and answer xompletely- they kept sending me " I'm sorry you did not answer completely, and will have to shut your complaint down"...

I was very irritated and everything was owned or invested in that account.

So I turned it in to the CFPB a second time as Cash App blew them a bunch of smoke...they kept ignoring and ghosting me. Come to.find out, thanks to an article in yahoo financial, they were ghosting all of us, leading us to think that our email accounts or phone or computer might be infected or compromised.

I got the amount of what was liquidated for bitcoin- I was not granted interest or depreciation to show the influx from January 18, 2021 (when it got liquidated by the hqcker) until when they paid me that (5 months later), I was told they didn't know what to say or do about my stocks and shares (as well as quarterly earnings from whole shares) and they ignored me completely about my money that I deposited to keep to buy fractional pieces of bitcoins or stocks ..

This was a hardship I endured that could have been avoided - as well as the fallout my life has experienced or undergone since my account was hacked. They unlinked my phone number and email from the account and changed my cashtag name...I tracked down the new user name. I tracked everything down that cash app ot the police should have.

I want proper refunding of all my stocks I had owned.

I feel I am owed for the undo duress and financial fallout this incident has caused. I want compensation back of the regular currency I had deposited in the account, and would like the bitcoin to show the amount I should have current to this day. I begged them to just return my shares, stocks and bitxoins and let them reflect l9ss or gai. From throughout these months, and guess what- I got ignored completely.

I would love if there is a lawyer that sees this and would help me.sue Team Connect by quick view, cash app and Google l( Google claims all apps they allow for download are safe) .

I also possess screenshots as I was being unlinked from my account, then the assailed even called my phone (so I have that phone number) as well as each support members conversation w me. I also have screenshots of ny stocks and such

DoorDash - Money not refunded

Money has not been reversed to my account. Credits are not available or not put on account. Also a meal that was to be paid w Credits was charged to my credit card instead. Called again today, was told someone who ca. Handle it would call me back...Noone has called
