Owed on account did not know that bill was sent to collections tried to call billing and talk to Juan and he was not helpful and kept repeating the same thing that I needed to contact the collections agency and all I wanted to do was make the payment so it did not reflect on my credit since I had no knowledge of the past due amount so I asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not transfer me and then left me on hold on the phone and would not connect me to no one else
