Verizon Wireless - Have my been told my phone has lock

Been trying for a bout 1.5 weeks to fix this they never answer or hangup one. My phone was bought and paid for at Verizon over 3 yrs ago, have had straight talk since, there's a lock on my phone because it was reported stolen. Was not stolen.

User's recommendation: Don't use Verizon.
