Houston Chronicle - Paid subscription til 1/22

My mom's subscription is paid by check only until January 2022. The check was redeemed for the amount written on it, and the section "memo" clearly read "Paid in full."This means the payment was accepted. About there weeks ago she received another bill for $67+. If she pays by check, there is $5 so-called Processing Fee. I called customer service to discuss this issue and after talking to three different people (I kept their names, wrote the date and time) and I am still waiting for the call back from the supervisor. These people lack sensitivity, common sense and worse: they have no idea of what they are doing. I'm going to try once again and if there's no response/resolution, she will cancel the subscription.

User's recommendation: Get the email addresses of the higher-ups and let them know how badly they manage the business.
