ATT - Horrible customer service

I have spent all day hours trying to get ahold of att business dept. this is my second time in 4 days trying to get a hold of them I get nowhere none of the phone numbers Connect me to business account billing I cant get a live person on the phone. This has been going on since July Ive yet to get a bill with the correct amount. Im bein charged 3 times what I was told

User's recommendation: Don’t sign up with ATT for anything.
