We have had issues for around 5 days!! No phone or internet. My dad is very sick and phone doesn't work. Contacted the business we purchased from and were told we have to contact Viasat.

Was on hold for 30 minutes and call was lost!!! Still having issues. Not happy with your help line!!!! What are we do in an emergency!!! Hope nothing happens to any of your loved ones!! We pay enough for your service! I think it is time to not pay for a month! Looking for a better provider!!!!!!
