Bird Road Subaru - Warranty issue and poor service
2017 Outback Touring 17389 miles VIN 4S4BSETC6H335**** 5/29/18 car would not start. Subaru arranged to tow vehicle to Bird Road Subaru, Service Advisor Mario Castillo, Technician Ernesto Rodriguez worked on car. Battery bad and was replace. I live 2 hours from this facility and had to leave work early to pickup. Picked up car at 5:45pm, car was filthy, grease inside and filth. Radio had to be reprogrammed and the repair people should have done that. Back hatch will not open. I can not use the vehicle for work because the back hatch will not open and give access. I can open it through the access panel with a screwdriver as per the manual, but car has permanent divider and it is all but impossible to get back there and do that. Contacted General Manager and sent email from Brid Road Subaru- NO RESPONSE. Contacted Subaru was given a number 1-33******** and have NOT heard back from them VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
