SabreRed - No Warranty or customer service

I bought a sabre stun gun/flash light model 41631 2 months ago, I registered it with them for warranty purposes, did what they told me on the information package when i received it. It worked the first time I tested it, I never played with it to exhaust the stun capability, the flashlight works great. I wore it on my belt with the clip on the flash light, someone asked me to see it work i tried it and it did not produce the stun part of the unit. I thought it was dead which would be impossible i kept it on charge when i was not wearing it, i only wore it about three times. I went to their website and filled out a claim, and never received a response within the 72 hour time frame, I sent 3 more requests in after the allotted time period and still no response to this day. This makes me mad that i bought an expensive flash light, and that they brag on their website about providing the utmost satisfaction for their customers, they just took my money and do not care.
