ATT - Unknown fees
I was charged 200 for a deductible that i was not aware i would have to pay. So when that happened i thought it was for the no return fee. Asurion did not tell me about the deductible. They said if i did not turn in the broken phone it would cost 250. Att charged 275. They said i could talk to collections. When they transferred me over, collections was closed. I had to look up the times of operations. So i have called back to let them know and of course i wont be able to talk to another representative. Att has always been the cell service that half way worked in my area. We have had tv and internet through them. The internet was horrible. Ugh att cares nothing about their customers
