Totally frustrated with Ashley Furniture

I went to the Pinellas Park store and bought a couch, chair and entertainment center in June. The furniture was delivered on time, but the chair was very uncomfortable, and the entertainment center was missing a shelf and the 4 brackets.

I was very patient with Customer Service and was told that my parts would be ordered and a rep from Ashley would be out to look at my chair. I said Great! That was July. In September, the Ashley rep came and agreed, the chair was a mess.

All the springs were broken, and the cushion did not match the chair. I told him about the missing shelf that still was not mailed to me. He made a call and said the shelf and the supports for the shelf would be mailed to me immediately and that they would replace the chair. A week later, the shelf came, but without the supports to hang the shelf.

I called CS again and was told she would send the supports out immediately. In the meantime, a new chair came, but I have to say, this chair is still very uncomfortable. Nothing like the chair I sat in on the showcase floor at Ashley. I called CS about another return, but I can't get anyone to answer my call or to return my call.

I got another package from Ashley that was supposed to contain the brackets for my shelf. This package contained the hardware to hang the doors of the entertainment center. Tomorrow is October 1. I still do not have everything that I paid for on the Entertainment Center, and I have a very uncomfortable chair that I will probably never sit in.

I took delivery in July, again tomorrow is October 1! I still can not get CS to pick up the phones (I was on hold for over an hour).

When I leave a message, no one returns my call! So sorry I went to Ashley Furniture.
